Samuel W. Fern

Sam has enjoyed a challenging and varied career primarily as a litigation attorney. He has represented individual and institutional clients in a wide variety of contexts and venues and tried cases in the Juvenile, District and Superior Courts in virtually every county in the Commonwealth. Sam has also argued successfully before the Supreme Judicial Court. Throughout the years Sam has developed strong collegial relationships with individual and institutional clients, representatives of the Massachusetts Trial Court and opposing counsel. In addition to his courtroom experience, Sam has participated in countless mediations and arbitrations in which he has represented both individual and institutional clients. Sam has conducted seminars for insurance companies and provided risk analysis to businesses and insurers.

Sam's approach to the practice of law is personal. While he may have a full caseload, he understands that each client's case is the only case that particular client has.
