Sarah Phillips is a New Orleans based attorney practicing both criminal defense and personal injury. Sarah is originally from Georgia. While at Loyola, Sarah was elected President of the Trial Advocacy Program and received the Order of the Barristers award for her excellence in oral advocacy. After graduating law school, Sarah partnered with her husband, Bradley Phillips. Since 2010, they have defended over 800 criminal clients and have won over $1.6 million in personal injury settlements throughout Louisiana.
Sarah is an experienced personal injury attorney who handles both minor and major injuries. While her specialty is car and truck accidents, she has extensive experience with "non typical" injuries including pedestrian and bicycle accidents. She also has experience handling Lyft and Uber cases. Over the years, she has attended hundreds of hours of continuing education for personal injury/car accident litigation. She has become well versed on both the medical diagnosis and medical treatment her clients receive. Armed with this knowledge and experience, she can effectively communicate with doctors to make sure her clients are receiving the best treatment possible. In 2020, Phillip's Law settled a rear end car accident for $650,000. After years of experience, Sarah knows the "tricks" insurance companies use to pay out less money. She loves nothing more than beating the insurance company at their own game, winning money for her clients.
While Sarah is known primarily as a personal injury attorney, she has extensive experience with criminal law. Since 2011, she has worked alongside Bradley Phillips to defend over 800 criminal cases. Her specialty is case review, case investigation, trial preparation and legal research and writing
