Scott C. Foster

Associate Attorney Scott C. Foster graduated from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2021. Scott also earned a B.S. in Social Work and Master of Social Work from The Ohio State University in 2017 and 2018, respectively. During law school, Scott worked in the field of social work, at the Columbus City Prosecutor's Office, and for a private law firm.

After being admitted to the Ohio Bar in 2021, Scott formed his own law firm and focused his practice on criminal and OVI defense. He also assumed and continues to serve as the defense attorney for the three specialized dockets of the Marion Municipal Court, providing valuable courtroom experience. Since joining The Law Offices of Saia & Piatt, Inc., Scott continues to focus on criminal and OVI defense but also practices in the areas of estate planning, landlord/tenant issues, traffic violations, and wills.

Scott enjoys combining his social work skills with his legal practice so that he can effectively communicate with his clients, form lasting relationships, and provide superior legal representation. Scott is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, Columbus Bar Association, Marion Bar Association, Morrow County Bar Association, and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
