Scott Kagan is a New York attorney with a national practice litigating complex product liability cases in a wide array of matters, including automotive crashworthiness, consumer products and heavy machinery. Scott also handles selected catastrophic injury cases that present complex liability issues. Specifically, he handles cases involving medium and heavy trucks, motor vehicle defects and various product defects, personal injury accidents, medical malpractice, boiler and pressure vessel failures, and escalator and elevator malfunctions. He has litigated significant injury cases in New York and several out-of-state jurisdictions.
