- Free Consultation - The Edgett Law Firm offers a free 60 minute consultation on Personal Injury and Criminal Defense matters. The above consultations can be live in person, a teleconference, or via Zoom. For Family Law matters, we charge $200 for a 60 minute consultation live in person, a teleconference, or via Zoom. This $200 consultation fee will be applied to the Family Law retainer if the Edgett Law Firm is hired.

- Contingent Fees - On all Personal Injury matters, we do not charge any attorney's fees unless we recover money for you. All attorney's fees will be paid on a contingency basis from any civil recovery. No up front fees or costs for the client.
