Scott McCann was admitted to practice in New York State in 2008 and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Nassau County Bar Association. Mr. McCann is involved in all aspects of medical malpractice litigation. He also has experience in handling negligence cases involving motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall injuries and trip and fall injuries.
Prior to joining Futterman, Sirotkin & Seinfeld as an associate, Mr. McCann worked at a medical malpractice defense firm on Long Island. After years of defending doctors and hospitals from malpractice suits, Mr. McCann decided to leave the defense side of litigation and has dedicated his career to focus on assisting clients who have suffered injuries as a result of medical malpractice.
