Biography
In addition to being a practicing attorney, Scott R. Toner is a Florida Supreme Court Certified County, Family, Dependency, Circuit Civil, and Appellate Court Mediator as well as an approved mediator for the Federal Middle District of Florida (Ocala & Tampa Divisions). He is also a qualified arbitrator, who is approved by Circuit Courts throughout Florida for appointment as an arbitrator pursuant to Section 44.103, Florida Statutes?, and Rule 11, Florida Rules for Court-Appointed Arbitrators.
