Sergio Feria

Sergio Feria is graduate of Whittier College (1979) and the University of San Diego School of Law (1982). Mr. Feria was admitted to the California Bar in December 1982. He began his legal career in 1982 in Los Angeles with Tapia & Meastas, a civil law and criminal law litigation and trial law firm.

In 1986, Mr. Feria opened his law firm, the Law Offices of Sergio Feria, in San Diego. His statewide practice emphasizes the following practice areas: serious personal injury, wrongful death, products liability, and insurance related matters that arise from auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, tire failures, bicycle accidents, dangerous conditions on property, work site accidents, and other situations that result in serious injury and harm to persons.

Mr. Feria's legal ability and ethical conduct have earned him the highest peer-review rating available from Martindale Hubbell- an AV rating. "A" rates Mr. Feria's legal ability as "Very High to Preeminent"; "V" rates his ethical conduct at the highest standard possible.

Mr. Feria has served as a panelist on various legal matters, legal topics, and legal issues at the San Diego County Bar Association, University of San Diego School of Law, California Western School of Law, Miramar College, Southwestern College. Mr. Feria has appeared on television and radio discussing legal issues on ABC Evening News, NBC 39 News, Fox News, and other media outlets.
