Seth is an associate at Brown & Crouppen, where he practices exclusively in the area of personal injury. Prior to joining Brown & Crouppen in 2016, Seth practiced in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, family law, and general civil litigation, litigating cases across Missouri and Illinois.
Seth is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri. He received his law degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law, where he served as an associate justice of the SIU Moot Court Board. As a Moot Court Board member, Seth competed nationally in the area of civil rights law. He also served as the magister of the SIU Lesar Inn of Phi Delta Phi International Legal Fraternity and held an officer position in the SIU Law and Medicine Society. Seth was honored with the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for the highest grade in his Federal Courts course.
Prior to law school, Seth earned a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. He worked in direct service roles in child and adolescent community mental health and domestic violence perpetrator intervention. He also administered a statewide community-based violence prevention education program for the state of Indiana.
Seth earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where he served on the Student Senate Undergraduate Student Discipline Committee, volunteered in the Adolescent Youth Mentoring Program, and earned the four-year service award as a member of the University of Illinois Marching Illini.
In addition to his work at Brown & Crouppen, Seth provides pro bono representation through his work with Legal Services of Eastern Missouri.
When not practicing law, Seth is a volunteer martial arts instructor and enjoys woodworking, attending live theater events, and trying new cuisine in and around the St. Louis area. He is an accomplished musician and is now trying to learn to speak Korean.
