Mr. Sabbath graduated from the University of the South, Sewanee with a degree in Political Science. While at Sewanee, he was a member of the Order of the Gownsmen and the Steering Committee for the Order of the Gownsmen. He was also an Intern for a United States Congressman. Next, Mr. Sabbath attended law school at Mercer University where he was a member of the Mock Trial Team, William Bootle Inn of Court, and Legal Writing Certificate Program. In 2006, Seth was named a Georgia Rising Star Super Lawyer.Upon graduating law school, Mr. Sabbath spent twelve years representing employers and insurance companies through all stages of the workers' compensation process, including discovery, hearings, appeals, and mediations. This experience has provided a unique advantage in representing injured workers with navigating the complex workers' compensation system, and in obtaining the compensation to which they are entitled.
