Shane Dean has recovered millions of dollars representing victims in personal injury and wrongful death claims resulting from the negligence of others.
Mr. Dean has been selected to the Florida Super Lawyers Rising Stars list for three years in a row. Each year, no more than 2.5% of the lawyers in Florida are selected by the research team at Super Lawyers to receive this honor. Mr. Dean obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama in 1998, and his law degree, Cum Laude, in 2001 from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana. He graduated law school with honors as a Harold R. Woodard Scholarship recipient and a member of the Moot Court Team.
