Biography
Shelby Serig is an attorney with Morgan & Morgan's Complex Litigation Unit, where she focuses on qui tam whistleblower cases, opioid litigation and other government enforcement matters. Shelby attended West Virginia University, where she completed her degree in Journalism. She then attended the University of Pittsburgh, where she earned her law degree.Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Serig practiced at several statewide and international law firms, focusing her practice on commercial litigation and employment law. She is well experienced in litigating a variety of complex matters in state court, federal court and before various administrative bodies.
