      Biography

      Spencer Payne is a personal injury attorney in the Orlando office of Morgan & Morgan, P.A., where he focuses his practice on medical malpractice, nursing home and assisted living facility neglect and abuse, personal injury, and wrongful death.

      After graduating cum laude from the University of Florida Levin College of Law, Mr. Payne began his legal career working for a national defense firm where he focused his practice on nursing home neglect and abuse and medical malpractice. In 2017, he joined Morgan & Morgan where he now uses his insight and experience with the insurance industry to help protect the rights of individuals and families who have been catastrophically injured or killed.

      Mr. Payne was selected in Florida's Legal Elite "Up and Comers" by Florida Trend magazine. Florida Legal Elite represents the top 2% of attorneys practicing in the State of Florida. Attorneys recognized through this award exemplify a standard of excellence in their profession.
