Stephanie Moser Goins is an associate attorney will Ball Morse Lowe, PLLC. Her primary areas of practice are oil and gas title examination for the States of Oklahoma and Ohio, as well as Native American law, including probate and approval of tribal trust and restricted Indian real property.
Since her admission to the Oklahoma Bar Association in 2008, Stephanie has worked in private practice on a wide range of civil litigation and public policy issues in federal, state, and tribal jurisdictions. As a government attorney, Stephanie's experience in public service includes nearly two years as an Assistant General Counsel for the Oklahoma State Department of Education, where she provided legal advice and analysis of state and federal education statutes and the regulations to the agency's staff and wrote administrative regulations for adoption by the Oklahoma State Board of Education and the Oklahoma Statewide Virtual Charter School Board.
