      Stephanie K. Funk is an associate attorney with Fahrendorf, Viloria, Oliphant & Oster L.L.P. Ms. Funk currently focuses her practice on the representation of businesses and banks in commercial litigation matters, governmental affairs, and the representation of architects, engineers, contractors, and sub-contractors in complex construction litigation.

      Ms. Funk attended law school at the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, where she graduated with magna cum laude distinction. While there Ms. Funk was one of sixteen students invited to serve on the school's Society of Advocates team, and one of six students selected to participate in the school's yearlong Ninth Circuit Appellate Clinic.

      Ms. Funk earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. While attending college, Ms. Funk worked full time as a licensed real estate agent, which provides her with a unique perspective when faced with real estate related litigation issues. As a native Nevadan, Ms. Funk enjoys giving back to her community. She is a mentor with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Nevada, and an active member of the Junior League of Reno. Ms. Funk is admitted to practice before all Nevada Courts.

        Working with stephanie was not good. I believe attorneys are supposed to defend their clients especially when you’re paying 6 figures for representation. Not once did she have the best interests of her clients and actually work against her clients to help opposing counsel.
