Attorney Stephen R. Schultz is an award-winning St. Louis personal injury attorney and founding partner of Schultz & Myers Personal Injury Lawyers. He’s a St. Louis native and attended Christian Brothers (CBC) High School and Missouri State University.
Stephen was unfortunately involved in a serious car accident shortly after graduating from college, severely injuring him. However, the experience led him to dedicating his career to helping victims and their families get the legal representation they deserve after debilitating accidents. He attended the top-ranked Washington University School of Law, where he excelled in Trial Advocacy, Civil Justice Clinics, and Negotiation.
After earning his J.D., he founded Schultz & Myers Personal Injury Lawyers and has been helping injury victims ever since. He and his firm have secured over $50 million on behalf of their clients.
This dedication has earned Stephen many awards throughout the years. He’s been inducted into the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He’s also been recognized as a Top 100 Trial Lawyer by the National Trial Lawyers Association and a Best Lawyer in St. Louis by St. Louis Magazine. He’s earned an AV-Preeminent Rating on Martindale-Hubbell, which is awarded to less than 10% of lawyers nationwide.
Stephen practices personal injury law and handles cases involving motor vehicle accidents, dog bites, and wrongful death. He focuses much of his practice on catastrophic and fatal semi-truck accident cases and has an extensive understanding of state laws and the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations that govern commercial trucking. Lawyers throughout the nation seek Stephen’s assistance with commercial vehicle accident cases, wrongful death litigation, and dram shop laws.
