Steve Kilburn is a Warren County native who graduated magna cum laude from Eastern Kentucky University. Steve attended the University of Dayton School of Law where he served as a staff writer and comment editor for the University of Dayton Law Review. While in law school, Steve clerked at Warren County Juvenile & Probate Court under Honorable Judge Michael Powell.
Steve has experience in a variety of civil litigation, including personal injury and medical malpractice. At Rittgers Rittgers & Nakajima, Steve's primary areas of practice are criminal defense and personal injury.
Steve has a strong record of success when defending individuals charged with crimes. For instance, he has resolved many cases favorably for clients who were facing various misdemeanor and felony convictions, lengthy jail and prison sentences, DUI, drug, and theft convictions, embarrassing sex offender registration requirements, and burdensome driver's license suspensions.
