When I first received a legal notice in the mail, I felt completely lost. I had never experienced anything like it. My first search returned Mr. Natoli’s profile. When he answered the phone, he informed me that he was in a meeting but would call me back in 45 minutes. He could hear the anxiety in my voice so he assured me that no matter what happened, we will figure it out and everything will be okay. Within those first 60 seconds, I knew he would be the best person to guide me through the process. Speaking with him later that evening, he listened to the entire lengthy story and then educated me on the entire process and the different ways in which things could unfold. This was completely opposite of all the other conversations I had with other attorneys who deferred hearing what happened until after they secured a retainer.
