You obviously don’t understand the constitution or the laws governing your police. They are required, as public servants, to identify themselves when asked. They handled the situation with the auditors with utter disregard to their rights. They should be brought up for administrative discipline. Educate yourself and your city employees. I hope the lawsuit brought against your town teaches you all a lesson. I don’t know why you are so anti-freedom, but you shouldn’t be that way.

I read your evaluation of the audit on pooler police station about the chief and sergeant with interest. So you claim they done nothing wrong and your an experienced attorney? I’d say watch it again with an open mind and maybe read the thousands of comments that disagree with you. Or is it that you’ve been payed a lot of money to lie? Just like you claimed Sean Reyes does this for money reasons, sounds like you are doing the same Steven.

Reading your response to the pooler police departments abuse of power was such a disappointment. You clearly do not stand for the constitution and the rights of the people in this country. Standing with tyrants like the pooler police department shows to me you’re in it for the money and not the constitution. What a shame.
