Steven Blair grew up in Bolivar, Missouri. He graduated Cum Laude in the fall of 1996 from Southwest Missouri State University, in Springfield, Missouri, with a Bachelor of Science in Mass Media Communications. He attended Law School at the University of Missouri-Columbia, during which time he had four articles published in, and later became the Editor-in-Chief of, the Missouri Environmental Law and Policy Review. He was awarded the Ike Skelton Sr. Prize for Excellence in Trial Practice. Steven received his juris doctor from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2003.
Steven has been with Hall Ansley, P.C. since June 2003, practicing in the areas of products liability, deceptive trade practices, probate litigation and personal injury. He is licensed to practice law in Missouri, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, the United States District Court for the Western District of Missouri, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, and the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Missouri. In addition, Steven taught Legal Research and Writing for the Finance and General Business Department at Missouri State University from the fall of 2005 through 2010.
Personal:Steven and his wife Jessica have been married since 1997 and they have two sons. Steve enjoys video production, reading and hunting in his spare time.
