Steven Sciancalepore Esq.

Following his graduation from Brooklyn Law School, Mr. Sciancalepore began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor at the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office where he served in the office’s appellate, juvenile, and trial team sections. As an Assistant Prosecutor, Mr. Sciancalepore was responsible for the prosecution of hundreds of criminal cases from initial intake and grand jury presentation up to and including trial.

During the end of his time at the prosecutor’s office Mr. Sciancalepore worked as a member of the Crime Strategies Unit where he was responsible for prosecuting high value criminal targets through intelligence driven prosecution.

After leaving the Prosecutor’s Office, Mr. Sciancalepore worked as a civil litigator at Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard and Smith, an AM 100 national law firm, where he successfully represented insurance companies , and their respective insureds in all phases of litigation. Mr. Sciancalepore’s diverse clientele also included large corporations and casinos which he represented in connection with bankruptcy and creditor rights litigation

Mr. Sciancalepore continues to concentrate on civil and criminal litigation in his current practice. He has successfully tried bench and jury trials to verdict and is proud of the results he has obtained for his clients.
