      Biography

      Suzanne M. Keith joined Caplan and Earnest in 2003 as an associate. Ms. Keith, who served as a law clerk for the firm since 2001, now serves as an associate attorney, researching and writing for Caplan and Earnest's employment, litigation, healthcare and education law practices. Ms. Keith earned a bachelor's degree from Boston College in 1997 and her J.D. in 2003 from the University of Colorado School of Law. While at the University of Colorado School of Law, she served as managing editor of the Colorado Journal of International Environmental Law and Policy, was a member of the Women's law caucus and received the Homer Clark Academic Scholarship. While attending Boston College, she was on the dean's honor roll. As a law clerk for Caplan and Earnest, Ms. Keith worked in all practice areas, drafting legal opinions to clients, researching and drafting memoranda. She is a member of the American, Colorado and Boulder Bar Associations. Prior to clerking with Caplan and Earnest, Ms. Keith was the human resources manager for the Hotel Jerome in Aspen. Ms. Keith enjoys outdoor pursuits and reading.
