      Biography

      Tara A. Zimmerman received a Bachelor of Science degree from Pennsylvania State University. Ms. Zimmerman was also a Member of the American Marketing Association. She graduated cum laude from Widener University School of Law.

      Tara specializes in civil defense litigation. She has experience in several areas, including medical malpractice defense, nursing home defense, products liability, premise liability, automobile liability, commercial litigation and general civil litigation. Ms. Zimmerman began her legal career as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable F.P. Kimberly McFadden in Northampton County, Pennsylvania before becoming a prosecutor, where she tried both jury and non-jury trials. She then began her career in the civil arena in Pennsylvania and has continued in the civil arena upon relocating to Florida. She is currently an active member of both the Florida Bar and Pennsylvania Bar.

      Ms. Zimmerman is also a founding board member of All Around Kids, Inc., a not-for-profit charity organization dedicated to providing assistance to underprivileged and at-risk youth.
