Terrel A. Ratliff hails from the rich soil of Camden, New Jersey. Mr. Ratliff is a professional that understands the importance of a just and impartial legal system to establish standards, maintain order and protect human rights.

A Beta Gamma Sigma B.A graduate of Temple University and a JD from the University of Toledo College of Law, Ohio. Mr. Ratliff has imbibed the same passion for upholding justice as a student as he practices now, serving various law firms and positions to provide legal assistance to indigents in different areas of representation.

A member of the New Jersey bar Association, he has over 10 years of experience leading counsel on multiple jury trials ranging from federal criminal charges, personal injury and mass tort litigation, mediation, and arbitration processes to settlement agreements.

Mr. Ratliff has represented defendants in felony-level criminal cases with a proven history of success in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the United States Federal Court for the District of New Jersey.

A National Trial Lawyers Association awardee, Mr. Ratliff specializes in Family and Criminal law with hundreds of winning appearances in municipal, superior and federal courts handling cases in Personal Injury, Civil Rights, Contract Negotiations, Funeral Industry Defense, and Civil litigation as well as complex negotiations for a plea bargain to lesser charges.
