Theodore RTheodore R. Whittenburg was admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 1991 and joined the law firm of Moquin & Daley in 1996. He received his B.A. from the University of Colorado and his J.D. from the New England School of Law. His concentration has been in personal injury law, with particular focus on construction accident cases, products liability, lead paint poisoning, nursing home abuse and neglect, motor vehicle and premises liability.
Mr. Whittenburg has represented clients in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association.
