      Thomas A. Archer is a 1990 graduate of the University of Scranton and a 1994 graduate of Widener University School of Law. While at Widener, Tom was an active member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Trial Advocacy Honor Society. He also attended a summer semester at the University of Nairobi Faculty of Law in Nairobi, Kenya. Following graduation from Widener, Tom was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.Prior to joining Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin, Tom litigated and tried general liability and workers' compensation matters on behalf of commercial trucking clients in Pennsylvania and New Jersey while an associate attorney with the law firm of Florio & Perrucci. Tom joined Marshall, Dennehey, Warner, Coleman & Goggin in 1998, where he now concentrates practice in general liability, motor vehicle, medical malpractice, municipal liability and products liability matters.
