Mr.Wilken graduated from the University of Pittsburgh, earning his Juris Doctor at Duquesne University School of Law. More recently, he served as President and Vice President of the Dauphin County Workers' Compensation Section from 1999-2001. Mr Wilken has been a speaker for the Department of Labor & Industry on topics pertinent to injured workers and maintains an active membership in the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Dauphin County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, Pennsylvania Supreme Court, and the Middle District of United States Federal Court.
As a former Board Member and Treasurer for the Chambersburg Hispanic American Center, Mr. Wilken proudly served the Franklin County Community. In February of 2011, I was appointed to the Pennsylvania Bar Association Immigration Law Committee. In May of 2011, he was selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in the area of workers' compensation law. In 2014, Mr. Wilken was certified as a specialist in the practice of workers' compensation law by the PA Bar Association's Workers' Compensation Law as authorized by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
When not working, he enjoys golfing, kayaking and coaching his children's sports teams. Mr. Wilken is also a proud member of the Mechanicsburg Elks.
