      Biography

      Thomas J. Gosse, Esquire grew up in Southern New Jersey and graduated from Camden Catholic High School in 1974. Mr. Gosse attended the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Gosse graduated cum laude from the Wharton School with a Bachelor of Science in Economics in 1978. Mr. Gosse earned his Juris Doctor Degree from the Rutgers University School of Law in 1981, graduating with Honors. While at Rutgers University School of Law, Mr. Gosse was an Associate Editor of the Rutgers Law Journal. His article, “Torts – Medical Malpractice – Wrongful Life Claim Not Cognizable But Wrongful Birth Claim Allows Recovery For Emotional Trauma Suffered By Parents,” was published in the Rutgers Law Review in 1980.

      Mr. Gosse was admitted to practice law in New Jersey and Pennsylvania in 1981. He also practices in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

      Thomas Gosse served as an Assistant Prosecutor in Camden County from 1982-1985. From 1985-1988, he worked as an Associate Attorney with Archer and Greiner, P.C., in Haddonfield, New Jersey. Mr. Gosse is a member of many professional organizations, including the Camden County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Other professional memberships include the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, the New Jersey chapter of the Association of Trial Lawyers, and the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
