Mr. Madigan's practice involves a wide range of subject matters, including commercial, business, bankruptcy, creditors' rights, maritime, and real estate litigation, as well as commercial arbitration. He received his J.D. cum laude from Tulane Law School, where he served on the Tulane Law Review. He received his B.A. in History from the University of Alabama. He is admitted to practice in Louisiana and Mississippi state courts, and the United States Court of Appeal for the Fifth Circuit, the United States District Courts for all Districts in Louisiana and Mississippi, and all Bankruptcy Courts in Louisiana and Mississippi. Before starting his practice with Sher Garner, Mr. Madigan clerked for the Honorable John M. Roper, Chief United States Magistrate Judge for the Southern District of Mississippi.
