A graduate of Washington & Jefferson College and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Mr. Vreeland is a veteran of the United States Navy Submarine Service. Mr. Vreeland leads the family law division of the firm. He is experienced in all areas of family law, providing our clients in Charleroi, Washington and the surrounding counties in western Pennsylvania with experienced services in matters of divorce, support, custody and adoption. Additionally, he served in the past as standing master in divorce for Washington County. He is a past president of the Washington County Bar Association and chairs numerous committees, and he has served the profession as a panel member with the disciplinary hearing committee under the supervision of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
He is also experienced in all aspects of estate planning and estate administration including wills, trusts, asset preservation, estate administration, powers of attorney, guardianship, asset protection and complex estate litigation. As an experienced practitioner for over 35 years, he has an extensive background in oil and gas issues, having represented numerous entities in the natural resources area as well as individual landowners since 1978. He handles complex and routine real estate transactions and is intimately familiar with oil and gas leases, civil and commercial litigation involving title issues, commercial banking and collection matters.
