Mr. Thomas Tona represents numerous clients in a wide variety of Personal Injury accident cases, in courts across New York State.
Additionally, the firm represents business litigation clients when they have a legal dispute with another party over monies owed.
Tona Law also prosecutes civil claims where healthcare providers seek reimbursement of denied healthcare claims, under the New York State No-Fault law.
