Biography
Thomas Wilkinson is an experienced commercial and appellate litigator and bar leader. He also has extensive experience in lawyer professional responsibility, legal malpractice, and risk management matters. He has been accepted as an expert witness in federal and state courts. He has presented and published numerous articles in the civil litigation and legal ethics areas. He serves on the Board of Governors of the American Bar Association. He is a past President of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and has served on the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association. He is a past chair of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility Committee and co-editor of the Pennsylvania Ethics Handbook.
