Tiffany A. Grant

Tiffany Grant graduated from the University of Florida, after which, she attended the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, graduating with a Juris Doctorate in 2006.

Tiffany Grant is an experienced and innovative community association lawyer with a passion and dedication to the study of community association law and related areas of the law and uses that knowledge to assist communities in successfully and responsibly operating their corporations for the betterment of all who live in the community. As a full service community association attorney, Tiffany provides day-to-day advice and counsel, document interpretation and opinion letters, document review and amendments, contract reviews, and mediation of any and all disputes. Tiffany is able to use enforcement through litigation when necessary. With her experience and background, Tiffany is highly trained in beginning to end collection of assessments and other amounts due to the Associations such as fines. She is highly organized, personable, and practical in her approach to client advice, and skilled in public speaking and teaching law to others. As a strong leader, Tiffany works well under pressure and provides timely responses to clients.
