Tim Shattuck joined the firm in 1994 and practices business and commercial litigation. Recently, Tim has focused on litigation involving intellectual property disputes, including trade secret and patent infringement litigation.
While in law school, Tim was Notes Editor for the Southern California Law Review. Following law school, he spent two years as a law clerk for the Honorable Roger L. Wollman of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Tim is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and is admitted to practice before U.S. District Court for the District of South Dakota, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and the Court of Federal Claims. He belongs to the Defense Research Institute and the South Dakota Defense Lawyers Association.
