Tim Harden has been a partner of the firm since 1993. He divides his practice between general litigation and residential real estate. His broad litigation practice encompasses premises liability, personal injury, real estate, employment law, collections/foreclosures and business matters. He has extensive experience in both State and Federal Courts. His residential real estate practice includes the representation of buyers and sellers of residential property and of lenders extending financing for the purchase of these properties.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Harden was a partner at a large defense firm in Brunswick, Georgia, where he practiced for seven years and was elected President of the Brunswick Bar Association.
A graduate of Leadership Macon in 1994, he is a past member of the Board of Trustees of First Presbyterian Day School and past director of the Mortgage Bankers Association. He is currently a director of the Macon Home Builder’s Association.
