Timothy J. McGahan, a partner with the firm, concentrates his practice in real estate, probate, wills and estates.
Attorney McGahan is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross (A.B., Magna Cum Laude, 1975, David I. Walash Scholarship, Phi Beta Kappa) and Suffolk University Law School (J.D., 1978). He is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, and is a member of the Attleboro Area, Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar Associations, and of the Real Estate Bar Association for Massachusetts.
During his forty (40) years of practice, Attorney McGahan has probated estates in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and has developed a diverse and extensive real estate practice representing real estate developers, condominium owners, brokers, various institutional and private lenders, and buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions. He has successfully represented persons and entities with their real estate transactions, including acquisition, financing, purchase, sale and leasing of their residential and commercial real estate, and including adverse possession actions, and petitions to partition real estate in Probate Court and in Land Court.
Attorney McGahan resides with his family in Foxboro, Massachesetts. He is a former member of the Mount Saint Charles Acadamy's Board of Trustees.
Attorney McGahan currently resides with his family in Foxboro, Massachusetts, where he and his wife are active in charitable and non-profit organizations, including coaching in the youth baseball, basketball, and soccer programs. He is a former member of the Mount Saint Charles Academy's Board of Trustees.
