Tina McFall

Attorney Tina M. McFall has distinguished herself as a courtroom advocate with the Law Office of the Public Defender in Montgomery County, Ohio. Serving there for more than ten years, she has gained great experience in jury trials for many citizens in the Dayton area, and there has won acquittals and successful outcomes in numerous felony cases, including high-profile murder prosecutions. Her work with the Law Office of the Public Defender also included successful experience in misdemeanor and juvenile cases. Ms. McFall’s practice also includes federal and appellate work. She is admitted to practice in all courts in Ohio, the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, the United States Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Supreme Court. Ms. McFall is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and the DUI Defense Lawyers Association. She is qualified pursuant to rules of the Ohio Supreme Court to represent persons charged in death penalty cases.

A resident of the Dayton area, Ms. McFall is also a nurse, and brings her broad base of education and experience to her representation of clients and service to the community.
