Todd Stowater began practicing law in Algona, Iowa, in 1989 with the Cassel, McMahon & Courtney Law Firm, now known as McMahon, Stowater, Lynch & Laddusaw. In 1990, he became a partner in the firm.
Todd received his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa (Iowa City, Iowa) in 1988, along with his M.A. in Accounting.
