Representing clients in emotionally-charged areas of the law, and walking shoulder-to-shoulder with them through their adversity, requires both balance and focus. Todd develops this balance through "competing" in triathlons and enjoying fly fishing.

A 1995 Hobart College and 2000 Albany Law School graduate, Todd is admitted to practice law in both Colorado and New York state courts, in addition to the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and United States District Court for the Northern District of New York. Todd was a member of two National Champion Hobart College Lacrosse teams and was twice named an NCAA All-American lacrosse player.

Todd's focus and foremost passion is his wife, Katy, his daughters Mae and Clara, and his stepsons Noah and Oliver. They live in Erie, Colorado.
