Todd Peterson

Todd Peterson is a Utah licensed attorney and an associate attorney at Salcido Law Firm PLLC.

Todd has been with Salcido Law Firm for several years and has worked in many different areas of the law including: criminal law, family law, personal injury, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. Todd has been integral in obtaining large personal injury settlements for his clients, allowing them to pay for their medical bills and receive compensation for their pain and suffering.

Todd's past experience includes working at the Salt Lake City Immigration Court where he prepared legal memos for the Honorable Judge William L. Nixon, for in-custody deportation cases that were brought against immigrants by the department of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services. Todd speaks fluent Spanish and has worked with Hispanics in many different areas of the law including criminal and family law cases.

Todd is passionate about helping his clients understand the legal system and deal with the fear and uncertainty that comes with facing the court.
