Todd graduated summa cum laude from Saint Martin’s University in 1995 with degrees in History and Political Science as well as a Teaching Certificate. Todd taught high school English, Humanities, History, Physical Education and Health at River Ridge High School for four years before attending Law School. While at River Ridge, Todd was the women’s varsity basketball coach. Todd graduated cum laude from Seattle University School of Law in 2003, where he was a staff member and Editor of the Seattle Journal for Social Justice. Todd was involved in many volunteer activities during Law School involving The Seattle University School of Law Access to Justice Institute, and was named the King County Bar Association’s Student Volunteer of the Year for 2001-2002.
Todd joined the firm in 2003, and his practice focuses on Estate Planning, Probate and Guardianship, Business, Corporate and Real Estate Transactions, and Contract Issues. Todd is licensed to practice in all State Courts of Washington as well as the Federal District Court for the Western District of Washington. Todd has served as a pro-tem judge and as Secretary Treasurer of the Lewis County Bar Association 2007. Todd also serves on the Board of Directors of Lewis County Concerts, a non-profit organization providing musical performances several times each year and also music scholarships to local music students. In his spare time, Todd likes to play his guitar, play golf, work in his yard, enjoy the many outdoor activities the Pacific Northwest has to offer, and spend time with his wife Dani and two dogs Angus and Sara.
