Biography
Attorney Rosenberg has served as a Member of the Board and was the past Chair of Insurance for the Ohio Association for Justice (OAJ), which is the premier statewide organization for Ohio personal injury attorneys. He is well known throughout the state for his extensive and in-depth knowledge of personal injury law and his arguments before the Ohio Supreme Court and Court of Appeals. Mr. Rosenberg has given lectures to other Ohio lawyers on numerous occasions regarding all aspects of personal injury cases, including accident insurance law. He is the author of an 8-Volume publication entitled “The Ohio Personal Injury Outline”, and is a member of the Cleveland Academy of Trial Lawyers and the Ohio State Bar Association.
