Attorney Tracy Spradlin is a Partner at Spradlin Kennedy, LLC. Ms. Spradlin earned a Bachelor of Journalism from University of Missouri in 2008, and in 2012, she earned her law degree from University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law. Early the following year, The Missouri Bar granted her admission, and the state of Kansas issued its approval for her to practice law in its courtrooms in 2014.
Over the past several years, Ms. Spradlin has reached favorable results for her clients both through plea negotiations as well as by forcing the government to make their case in front of a judge or jury. She continues to be a strong advocate for her clients.
Ms. Spradlin has already built a reputation as one of the region's most promising young attorneys, which has resulted in a number of honors, including The Missouri Bar's Young Lawyers Section's President's Award and a place among Kansas City's most regularly requested guest speakers. She has been named a Super Lawyers Rising Star every year since 2015, and was selected as an Up & Coming Attorney by Missouri Lawyers Weekly in 2017.
Ms. Spradlin devotes her free time to both legal and non-legal community organizations. She is a board member for the Association for Women Lawyers, sits on the executive board for the Young Lawyers Section for the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, and has served as the chair of the Municipal Court Committee. Ms. Spradlin is passionate about animals, and she serves as Legal Advisor for the non-profit organization, Going 2 The Dogs, a group aimed at providing bullet-proof protection vests for police K-9s.
