For more than a decade, Tristan B. Morrison has been dedicated to handling injury claims and dealing with insurance companies. Some of the largest recoveries in his career have come as a result of thorough investigation and preparation of car and trucking accident cases, as well as work accidents involving amputations.
Mr. Morrison has also taken great pride in representing victims of traumatic brain injuries, spine injuries, and catastrophic work accidents, and their surviving families. His firm also handles premises liability, nursing home abuse and neglect, and overtime and minimum wage claims, where an employer has not paid its employees overtime pay.
Before starting his own law firm, Mr. Morrison worked for the largest firm in Cobb County, Georgia, handling insurance claims. His clients benefit greatly from his experience as a former defense attorney.
