Tyler Koch grew up in Lexington, Kentucky. After graduating from Paul Laurence Dunbar High School, she received her Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, and Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Alabama in 2000 and 2003, respectively. While in law school, she received the Birmingham Bar Association Women's Division Scholarship and was president of the Bench and Bar Legal Honor Society.
Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Ms. Koch worked for Wilkes & McHugh, P.A. in Lexington where she focused her practice on nursing home abuse and neglect. She also spent several years working as a prosecutor in Lexington, Kentucky and Birmingham, Alabama. Ms. Koch served as an instructor at the National Advocacy Center in Columbia, South Carolina. She has successfully tried many civil and criminal cases before a jury.
Ms. Koch focuses her practice on pursing claims on behalf of people who are injured as a result of abuse and neglect in nursing homes and other long term care facilities. She is licensed to practice law in Kentucky, Alabama, and Georgia.
