Biography
Attorney Paul Bucci has nearly 20 years of experience as a work injury and personal injury lawyer. He has spent his entire career championing the rights of those injured due to the negligence of others. He focuses on work accident cases (third party liability), as well as premises liability, medical malpractice and defective product injury cases. Over the course of his career, Mr. Bucci has handled 100s of work accident cases including forklift accidents, complex construction accidents, and electric shock accidents. More recently, Mr. Bucci was involved in the litigation of one of the largest work-construction accident lawsuits in U.S. history, the Tropicana Hotel (Atlantic City, NJ) garage construction collapse, which resulted in a settlement of over $100 million. In the past 10 years alone, Mr. Bucci has served as lead counsel or co-lead counsel in injury litigation where the settlement amounts or jury awards total approximately $160,000,000. Mr. Bucci is licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and West Virginia. He is a co-founder of the Philadelphia personal injury law firm of Laffey, Bucci & Kent.
