Victor Long is a board certified civil trial lawyer and a founding partner at Regan Zambri Long. He has a DC Metro and national practice devoted to trial work and to those who have suffered catastrophic injuries.
Victor has helped victims harmed by negligence, wrongful conduct, violations of safety rules, and defective products. He specializes in product liability, car accidents, truck accidents, bus and pedestrian accidents, birth injuries, and civil rights cases.
Victor has obtained some of the largest verdicts and settlements in the country for his personal injury clients including a $4.2 million verdict for U.S. Army soldiers injured in a bus accident; a $4.2 million settlement for a 6-year-old, who was injured by defective playground equipment; and a $1.8 million settlement for a child who became injured as a result of treatment following birth. He achieved a $3.8 million settlement for a 5-year-old who was injured in a fire caused by a defective home appliance; this case resulted in the development of a warning label for such appliances.
