Vince has been engaged in the practice of law since 1995. He has a broad range of experience as insurance defense counsel at both the trial and appellate court levels and serves as coverage and monitoring counsel for insurers. Since joining Nicoletti Hornig & Sweeney as a partner in 2007, Vince has worked primarily on lawyers' professional liability (LPL) claims and the defense of directors and officers, not-for-profit organizations, corporations, homeowners' associations, employers, businesses and other insureds under errors and omissions (E&O), directors and officers (D&O) and commercial general liability (CGL) policies.
