Vincent R. Petrucelli is a trial lawyer with over 47 years of experience in trying all types of personal injury and wrongful death cases. He founded the law firm in 1979 with his wife, Nora A. Petrucelli. They were joined by Jonny L. Waara in 1996.
Mr. Petrucelli received his Bachelor of Arts degree in 1971 from the University of South Dakota and his law degree from Hamline University School of Law in 1976. He is licensed to practice law in Michigan and Wisconsin and is admitted to practice before all Michigan and Wisconsin State and Federal Courts.
Over his career of 47 years, Mr. Petrucelli has obtained multi-million dollar verdicts and settlements for his clients. He has taught trial practice techniques and the use of technology in litigation as a faculty member of the Northern Michigan Trial Skills Workshop, the Michigan Institute of Continuing Education, the Michigan Association for Justice and the Wisconsin Bar Association.
He is a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers (limited to 1% of the trial lawyers in each State), a Diplomat in the American Board of Trial Advocates, a Michigan Super Lawyer and has attained an AV rating, the highest level award for professional excellence, from the Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory.
