Virginia King

Virginia King, Esquire has almost 20 years of experience as an insurance defense attorney prior to becoming a personal injury lawyer, so she is very familiar with the "other side" and knows how to win your case. A graduate of the University of Miami and then Temple Law School in 2005, Virginia then went on to become a partner at a national insurance defense firm. In 2022 she opened King Law, LLC to represent the truly injured individuals whom she wants to help. She is the founder and owner of King Law, LLC, and personally reviews each case before agreeing to represent anyone. Her time is precious, so she only selects those individuals to represent whom she truly believes in. She has recovered millions of dollars for clients who have suffered the most significant of injuries. Virginia King's passion for winning has led her to be named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyers "Rising Star" in 2013, 2014, 2016- 2019 and named to Super Lawyers 2020-2023; a distinction given to only the top 2.5% of attorneys practicing within the Commonwealth. Virginia's goal is to navigate the legal world and court system for the client so they do not have to. She earns the term "counselor" by providing guidance and reassurance to each client, calling, emailing and texting them back, and taking the time to explain each step of the process. This process takes time, so she does not waste time collecting everyone else's cases using billboards, buses and television ads. She does not believe in simply collecting cases only to cast them aside later. Each client is unique and treated as such.
